 Jody works with the energy system of the body to promote relaxation, healing and stress release. Jody is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner. She is also a practitioner of CranioSacral/Myofascial Unwinding, Touch For Health Kinesiology, Medical Intuitive Quantum Healing, and a Reiki Master Teacher. She is intuitively guided to combine these modalities as needed for each indivdual session, according to the specific needs of the client. She also incorporates Emotional Clearing to balance the body, mind and soul. Balancing and clearing the energy field aids in relieving stress, anxiety, fear, anger and depression. This allows the body to heal from within, and results in a sense of peace and well being. Goodness, abundance and joy are allowed free-flow. An energy session is a "tune-up" for the body.
